Pitch black color. Creamy off white head. Very nice roasted malt, coffee dry nose. Light body, modest bitterness, dry, good roasted malt character, slightly sour. A very good dry stout.

Nitro tap at Capitol Beer in Sacramento, CA. Pours black with a creamy tan head; ruddy glints. Aroma is coffee and milky chocolate. Med + body, arguably. Flavor is coffee, chocolate, smooth burnt malt. Hop? eh! Dry. Seems like a milk stout on steroids with chocolate. Excellent.
