Bottle sent to me in trade with kerenmk. Country #120. Poured a deep chestnut brown with an off white, soon dissipating, head. Aroma of roasted malt with mild chocolate notes. Medium sweet, with a baiter sweet finish. Body is thin, texture oily. Carbonation is average. It’s ok, and a great country tick thanks to Keren.

Sample from 33 cl. bottle. Dark, amber colour with a thin, off-white head. Sweet aroma with butter/diacetyl, caramel, bread and slightly toasted notes. Taste has a light sweetness. Medium body with a creamy texture and an average carbonation. Finishes sweet with butter/diacetyl and caramel malts. Sorry, you guys make beers in a politically very difficult environment, but your beers are infected....

Bottle. An almost clear one, dark reddish brown in color and with a dense, dark beige head. The aroma has prunes and raisins, with some coffee and dark sugars. Malty hints. The flavor is mostly on the dry side, but some sugars are present. Roasted notes, dried fruits and some caramel. Medium body, soft carbonation. Dried fruits and caramel in the finish. Drinkable, boring. 141231

Bottle at the chriso May 2014 tasting - London. Pours clear, amber-brown with a creamy white head. The nose holds leathery berries, wood and dirt. Light sweet flavor, thin, with dry wood, more leather and earth. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Lightly tangy on the finish with some further berries, old leather and bitter earth. So so.
