355ml can. (4.8% ABV) Pours a slightly hazy pale gold with a medium, foamy, long lasting, white head that laces. Sweet aroma of grainy pale malt, biscuit, apple and grass. Sweet flavour of biscuit malt, apple, pear, lemon and yeast with a crisp, dry, mild bitter, grassy finish. Light body with a thin, watery texture and average carbonation. This is actually not bad, for what it is. A clean, refreshing, easy drinking, flavourful lager.

Light boring lager that is otherwise inoffensive like drunk accountants. Pours golden with decent head. Bottle from mixed pack.

There are times we all need to hear the radio... or so Elton says. So I’m here in Yellowknife, working my way through the last few brews of their liquor store, in such a warm climate. Sad songs say so much, eh? Well sadly the aroma on this is a boring lager, perhaps slightly better than your usual macro lager but not by much. The flavour is lots of lager with just a few hints of something else - some kind of cloying chemicals, blasee kind of stuff that I can’t say would do much for a beer afficionado. Sure, if you’re in the hinterlands it might suit for a week or two but it’s a bad macro-style lager that really isn’t hitting any kind of buttons for craft brew or really anything beyond just the normal boring stuff. That gentle stuff. I hope it’s gone. Sad songs, and sad beers, say so much....

Light slightly sweet malty brew that has much more character than a mainstream later. Light refreshing, not bad.

On tap at Wild Rose, pours a clear pale piss yellow with a small white head. Aroma is very watery and weak, with corn and biscuity notes. Flavour is nonexistent, with maybe a bit of biscuity notes and corn. Boring as fuck. Drinkable, but no character at all. Poor.
