On ap at the brewpub. Hazy copper pour, huge rocky head. Spicy aroma, herbs, tea, and grass.
Very active carb, prickly mouth feel. Sharp hops, dry spicy, herbal finish with a light pepperiness.

Medium brown color. Peppery, cherries, estery, mandarin oranges and a bit of sponge cake in the nose. Slightly tart, earthy character with a fair amount of hoppiness. Very well balanced, Slight to moderately bitterness with cherries and wood character. Great depth, great balance. Fantastic.

This one is super good. Doesn’t really taste like a saison so much as a Belgian ale, but taste is good. Pours dark brown without much head or lacing. Medium carbonation. Taste has a bit of brett-like sourness combined with a little bitterness - a touch strong at the end. Bottle from brewpub.
