On tap. Hazy amber golden with a dense off-white head leaving some laces. The nose is archetypical American with fat peachy hops, caramel and sweet biscuits. Medium body, sweet caramel and fruit, dried apricots with a distinct peachy hop bitterness. Solid. 081210

Draft. A hazy red beer with a creamy off-white head. The aroma has strong notes of hops lending it notes of grass. The flavor is very sweet and very spicy - cinnamon and cloves are readily picked up, combined with notes of malt and caramel, leading to a dry and very bitter finish.
