Draft. A black beer with a lazing off-white head. The aroma is very hoppy lending it primarily notes of grass, but with underlying notes of roasted malt and a touch of honey. The flavor is very sweet with a fight between the roasted malt and the hops - the latter lending it notes of over ripe oranges, alfa acid, and wet grass. The bitterness and alcohol competes about tickling the tongue most.

On tap. Pours opaque black with a small beige head. Intense aromas of hard roasted malt - some licorice as well. Quite full-bodied, again distinct roasted malt and plenty of chocolate accents. Distinct aroma hops also that combined with the hard roasted malts leave a fairly bitter finish. Very solid - and very much bordering an Imperial Stout. 141010

Pitch black color, very hoppy grapefruity, over truffles, dark fruit with a touch of molasses in the nose. Very rich dark chocolate and dark fruit over a massively hoppy mouth. Way over the top hoppy mouth. The hops feel like they are goin to rip apart your tastebuds. All roasted flavors are basically lost. Just way too much, but not with out merit. Seriously a top three hoppiest beers I’ve ever had. Wow.

Dark brown with a medium sized beige head. Loads of hops hit the nose and to follow it up plenty of hard roasted malt, pine, grapefruits and hints of coffee. Flavour had loads of hops, pine, grapefruits, lemons, hard roasted malt and caramelish notes. Finished seriously bitter and dry. Nice one.
