On tap at Brew. Banana, lemon, bread, little cloves. Light, refreshing, nice hefeweizen.

(Bottle 33 cl) Pours a hazy pale golden with a rough, dissipating, white head. Aroma of banana and lightly tart citrus. Medium in body and a little low in carbonation. Notes of banana, cloves and lots of phenols. Somewhat astringent in the finish. Not exactly a great Hefe. 050208

Cloudy golden color with a massive white head. Chalky, banana mouth. Light and unbalanced. Not going anywhere. DOn’t recommend.
