1999 Vintage. Dark brown color, burnt raisins, molasses, chocolate, wheat nose. Intense, full rich body with brown sugar, burnt raisins, wheat chocolate. Lingering burnt raisin finish. Very intense. This is the only Wiezen^bock that is better than Aventinus. This is truely a world class beer, but they don’t make it any more.
