Sweetish aroma of grains, light honey and hints of corn flakes. Gently sweet, malty, moderately bitter taste of grains, some honey and a touch of corn flakes, followed by a short, slightly bitter, a bit watery finish. Thin to medium body, slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Okay!

500ml bottle. Cloudy, amber colour with average, thick, creamy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Minimally musty, mellow malty and slightly yeasty doughy, minimally yeasty fruity aroma, hints of grey bread, cereals, a touch of apricot. Taste is sweet-ish, yeasty doughy, minimally yeasty fruity, slightly grainy and bready, minimally spicy malty, hints of grey bread, a touch of apricot and caraway. Minimally creamy, watery texture, smooth and soft palate, fine and soft carbonation. The Zwickel-character matches quite well with the typical non-alcohol doughy touch - not bad for a No Alcohol Beer and definitely not the worst from this brewer.
