We’ve taken Phoenix and Bramling Cross hops and decorated them with toffee molasses and spicy blackcurrant honours. A rich and reverent poppy red ale that demonstrates our gratitude and our enduring admiration; a Crystal Rye salute!

Cask gravity at the Watford beer festival 2018. A Clear toffee copper coloured pour with a a fine off white head. Aroma is semi sweet cakey, malts. Dusty nutty malts, raisin loaf. Flavour is composed of semi sweet nutty malts tangy dried fruit, twigs. Palate is semi sweet, nutty moderate cask condition. Not bad.
