Clear golden color with a white head. Looks ok. Decent intensity in the aroma. Medium body and an average carbonation level. Tad sweet and a moderate bitterness. This bottle might have stayed to long in my basement. Some oxidation I think. Also banana, wheat, fruity, yeast and some herbal notes. Not that inviting actually. Unbalanced and weird.

33 cl. bottle @ home, bought @ Mitra Gorinchem Hazy light yellow with a big white head. Yeasty banana aroma with some citrus notes. Light sweet with a faint sour note. Nice enough weizen but nothing spectacular.

Bottle @ home. Hazy slightly pale yellow color, average sized white head that lats for a short while and leaves fair lacing. Smell and taste wheat, slightly blossomy, lightly sweet initially but overall and in the finish way more bitter than I had expected. Actually a more than decent weizen imo, although carbonation is a bit firm.

Huge, just off-white head, collapsing over fully hazy, quite carbonated yellow beer with faint green sheen. Coriandernose. Some wheat, no doubt. I keep smelling coriander, if little citrus. The label suggests linden/lime, and one would accept that. But coriander in a Weizen? No coriander in the taste. Sweet, fruity, but no cloves and precious little citrus. Here the wheatcharacter is strong. Faintly peppery, spicy flavour. Warming, gets soapy. Quite carbonated, lively. Finish is too dry to be really refreshing. Not a bad... witte. For a Weizen?

Banana and clove in the beginning. Fresh and yeasty, sweetish-typical The mainpart is not too sweet, banana and clove, nice harmony between all the flavours. The aftertaste is Weizen-typical, fresh-sweetish, lots of banana and clove with a moderate bitterness.
A very nice "Hefeweizen" - easy to drink and great in aroma! 12/12/12/12

Bottled from Mitra Bunnik, BB 03/10/15, large sample, served in a shaker. Slight hazy yellow to golden color, medium rocky slight off-white head. Aroma of some wheat, some citrus, slight grassy. Hardly any banana or clove. In flavor, theres more hefeweizen, with some banana sweetness, but more citrussy bitterness. Finishes a bit dry and a bit unbalanced towards sharp bitterness. Modern styled hopfenweizen, yet not very good.

Hazy straw with medium white head. Lots of herbs up front, some banana and ripe apple, grassy, flowery, light dough and grains, light yeast. Medium bodied and nice carbonation. Slightly watery. Not bad, but nothing like German Weizen like it claims on the label.
