[10/23/2021] Bottle sample at Holm Cider in Copenhagen. Clear golden. Pears, funky hint, oak, sourish. Really good and refreshing.

Shared from bottle at home, thanks 🙏 Maakun. Pale straw with no head. Sour and sweet pear, light lemon, almond, twigs, cobwebs. Wide sweet and sour gamma, pretty nice.

Bottle shared. Clear pale straw with very lively big bubbles. Crisp pear, kiwi, soft mineral, dry pear skins, gooseberries, light herbal. Almost medium sweet and sour, very light soft tannins. Medium bodied, strong carbonation and medium dry finish. Good!
