Mure Rullquin 7% 1500¥ for a draft isn’t cheap but this ruddy brown brew with purple highlights has a tart lambic, cork with mild stout aroma. Medium bodied with lots of tannic oak and berry notes as well as a touch of chocolate malt in the finish. Dry and quaffable it hit the spot on this sunny hot early summer day.
