Mure Rullquin 7% 1500¥ for a draft isn’t cheap but this ruddy brown brew with purple highlights has a tart lambic, cork with mild stout aroma. Medium bodied with lots of tannic oak and berry notes as well as a touch of chocolate malt in the finish. Dry and quaffable it hit the spot on this sunny hot early summer day.

Sample, thanks fonefan! Dark brown, minimal head. Acetic nose with dark plums and funk. Tart with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Citric with some barnyard and plenty of dark plums. Vinegary finish.
