Bottle at Mikkeller Stockholm. Hazy amber with a medium white head. Aroma of light hops, caramel, biscuits and some grapefruit. Similar taste. The finish was medium bitter. I wonder how fresh the bottle was?

Bottle from Beermoth, Manchester. Hazy, pale amber. Loads of lumps. Thin, sticky, white head. Big, piny, resinous, orange zest hop. Some rubbery fustiness. Background of minty herb. Taste is caramel sweet, for a moment, then orange zest bitter. Some dryness in there, too. Full, slightly greasy palate. Finishes long, earthy bitter. Good gear. Love that aroma.

THANKS! More than half of a 355 ml. bottle. Orange, creamy white head. Nose is lots of sweetish caramel orange hops (I know that there are actual oranges in this but you could get the same profile with hops & this could just as well be hops – seems bit of a waste, same goes for the taste), there is some light grass bitterness going on as well. Taste is caramel mixed with light grass & same orange / hop thing, sweet caramel oranges with light bitterness in the back, touch dry yeast, floral, biscuit,… Lightly malty body. Nice but should have been more outspoken, considering the ingredients, bottle is gorgeous as with all Almanac beers.

Bottle - Leafy pine and grapefruit. Hazy orange with a decent beige head. Bitter sweet pine and orange and a long bitter finish. Dry woody finish. I don’t get the sweetness of oranges, maybe an old bottle?

Bottle to glass. GUSHER! Too much action still going on in the bottle?Citrus predominate with slight earth on the aroma. Very hazy sunset orange with a full white head that includes slight webbing. Moderate sized bubbles. Refreshing citrus and yeast funk, with a bit of the wood showing itself. More of the wood as it warmed. A nice beer overall.

Bottled. An amber beer with a lazing yellowish head. The aroma has notes of citrus fruits, hops, caramel, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes citrusmy hops, malt, and caramel, leading to a bitter finish.
