Taster at home courtesy of Sander, big thanks. dark redish color, small white head. smells grapes, berry notes, some tannins, funky, earthy, grassy, some wood. very nice smells. full body, soft carbonation. tastes berry notes, tannins, some funk, cheesy, peppery, grapes, red wine. finishes dry and light to medium sour with notes of red wine, tannins and some peppery notes. very nice one, very good to drink, bit on the sour side of things, but overall very good as usual.

Last drops of old keg vs. new keg. Old keg has a lot more funky yeastiness. Vinous and heavy with tart grapey notes.

2019/2020 draft.

Sour and tart, fruity, earthy. Red grapes, blackberries, funk, topsoil. Very vinous, surprisingly soft. Delicious.

0.5L lamvinust on see mis sobib sellise ilmaga ideaalselt. Marjasem see aasta, vähem viinamarjasem, happelisem ka (lähemal grand crule, pimemaitsmisel peaks grand cruks...), seda "kõrvetatud" maitsed ei saa mis pudeli versioonidest tavaliselt. Hea ikka.

Very tasty but perhaps a hint too heavy on the grape juice. Fruit needs to mellow slightly and funk need to develop. Should be pure 🔥 in a couple of years.

No i zasugerowali aroniowosc. Ciut sciagajacy. Ma jeszcze troche slodyczy. Kapke niegrzeczne te dzikusy, nie to, ze obora zaraz, ale teoszke... ciekawy rocznik ale chyba wole starsze, bardziej eleganckie. Chociaz ten ciut winny?
