Clear deep chestnut amber colour, small frothy beige head, half-way lasting, light lacing. Aroma toasted malts, treacle, caramel, nutty notes. Taste medium sweet and bitter, toasted malts, burnt caramel. Malty sweetbitter aftertaste, burnt caramel and light spicy notes. Medium body, oily to creamy texture, soft carbonation, perhaps a bit too much burnt caramel but otherwise quite tasty.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a clear, nutty brown with hardly any head. Strong burned caramel aroma, nuttiness. Surprisingly rich, malty body, elegant and very chewy malts. Appears a lot stronger and richer than what it is. Well done. 221116
