An English Pale Ale with a robust bitterness from using 100% Goldings hops at 4 stages of the brewing process. This results in a golden clean tasting and relatively dry beer. A great session beer.

Draught, half-pint, shared with Finn at Holy Tavern. Remaining white head leaving fair lacing on the glass, bright amber-gold body. Moderate smell of soft malts and grassy hops. Ripe citrus to the taste buds with mid-sweet malts beneath. Smooth ending with a bitter touch. Decent. Clerkenwell, London, 28.09.2023).
