Taster at home courtesy of Sander, big thanks. light yellow lightly hazy color, small white head. smells grapes, spices, some funk, earthy, cheesy, nice to very nice smell, rather funk forward. full body, soft carbonation. tastes peppery, spices, some green apples, subtle grape and barrel notes, light tannins, some funk, cheesy. finishes dry and lightly sour with notes of pepper, green apples and earthy notes. Nice one, reminds a bit of Vig, but not as fruity and juice, but rather on the drier side, overall good stuff, very promising.

Bottle from Etregourmet. Hazy yellow colour, white foam. Lively carbonation. Nose of putteke, lemon and some herbal notes. Taste is rather tart and lemony along with lemon and funky notes. Nice and refreshing, not very complex but nevertheless very nice.

Bottle. Etre. Opened with a loud pop. Looks lively in the bottle, although it’s no gusher. Sits a slightly hazy, lemon gold, with a firm, semi lacing, bright white head. Nose has musty white grape. Some peach and estery plum. Touch of suede and chalky mineral. Taste has a flicker of fruity sweetness, turning dry, and tart, and stone fruit skin bitter. Clean and drinkable. Lightly acidic. Foamy carbonation. Tart and dry finish, with the fruit remaining throughout. Nice.

Shared with friends @ Oluf Bagers Gade. Golden with a lasting white head. Funky aroma with lots of farmyard, and some sulphur, along with hints of citrus and pineapple. Dry and tart flavour with citrus, herbs and white wine.

Bottle @ Christian Joining the fun. With Thomas A and Martin newcomer. Oluf Bagers Gade, Odense. Pours Hazy deep Golden with a White head. Citrus peel, funk, barnyard, mega dry, farmhouse. Lemon. Funky as what. Dope. Dry finish. Nice

750 ml. bottle @ home. Bottled on 01/20. Very slight gusher. Almost clear golden & sparkling with a nicely lacing dense white head. Nose is sour grapes, horse blanket, faint soup, elder flower, unripe gooseberry and faint soap. Taste is heavy apple, quite sour, low soap, elder flower, lemon, green & unripe fruit, lemon,… Lemon body, lively, green, slightly dry,… Faint soap taste is a bit minor but green fruit, funk, white grape is very nice, rather sour / harsh, slightly messy but overall very neat & definitely better than their Kriek.
