Bottle shared in Watford - big thanks to Colin. Pours unclear yellow-gold with a creamy, pure white head. Lightly sweet, clean funk, quenching citric notes, lemony bite, grass. Light bodied with active, massaging carbonation. Quenching finish, lemony tartness, modest grassy notes. Outstanding.

Can shared at the 2nd Watford tasting. Thanks to Colin for this one. A light hazed yellow straw coloured pour with a fine white frorhy white head. Aroma is nice, nice earthy mushroom, lemon, brett, hint of lacto. Flavour is composed of tart, light wheat, lemon juice, spicy, mellow funk, little horsey funk.. Bottle at tasting. Aroma of dry tart funk, white grape, barnyard, horseblanket, old hops and grainy malt. Taste has dry funk, white grape, fluid barnyard, old hop, citrus, some green apple, funky bitter orange and horseblanket. The brett is strong in this one, like the white grape too. Good lambic.

Clear pale yellow beer, big creamy irregular off-white head, unstable, bit adhesive. Aroma: pretty funky, bit metallic, wood notes, bit fruity. MF: lively carbon, medium body. Taste: nice acidity, bitter, good lambic, wood notes, nice stuff! Aftertaste: bit fruity, quite some tannins, grapes and grape peel, nice one!

Bottle shared. Very lively beer, slight hazy light yellow holden with fizzy white head. Soft funk, wheat, soft matches, white grapes, champagne, lemon, dry cellar notes. Medium sour, lighr sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with quite some fizzy carbonation.

Bottle, uncorked itself. Clear pale yellow color with white head. Aroma is white grapes, juicy, nice balance. Taste is white grapes, mild yoghurt, super juicy and balanced. Oily mouthfeel with fine-bubbled carbonation. Very nice stuff!
