Bottle. Rather clear amber-golden color with white head. Aroma is earthy, toffee, mild fruitiness. Taste is toffee, earthy, cereals, classic English flavours. Silky mouthfeel with fine-bubbled carbonation. Alright!

Elég semmilyen, még vízesnek sem mondanám. Kicsit erőltetett komlossag de figyelve arra nehogy a nagyüzemiség rovására menjen.

50cl bottle at home (15 VIII 2020), as Marston's English Pale Ale. White fresh and crispy collar on top of a clear to somewhat hazy golden brew. Bits of leaves and herbs, together with malts and bread features. In the nose also some unpleasant mandarine orange and earthy honey notes. The mouthfeel is very pleasant, with a bitter body and enjoyable carbonation, beautiful hoppy flavours for a mild 3.6 percent ABV. There is some fruityness in there as well, dominantly oranges or citrus. Few earthy and malt dashes are present as well. Light sweet, A good quencher during these summer days, faint butterscotch. Some ginger at the finish. Nothing bad really!

Bottle, stable bubbly foamy head, clear gold to bronze color, floral, malty, citrusy, fruity, medium empathic flowery bitterness. Nice and drinkable.

0.5 bottle. Carbonated medium gold, pure color. Not very durable head. Light, grassy scent. Slightly watery sip, quite carbonated, bitterness okay, slightly medicinal aftertaste. It was disembodied what they tried to make with carbonic acid into an easy drinking beer.
***
Szénsavasnak kinéző közép arany, tiszta szín. Nem túl tartós hab. Könnyed, füves illat. Picit vizes korty, elég szénsavas, keserűség rendben, picit gyógyszeres utóíz. Testetlen, amit a szénsavval próbáltak könnyű ivósörré tenni. Az is.

Bottle BBE in 11 months. Pours gold, clear with small head. Fruity citrus aroma. Moderate carbonation although a little watery. Taste of citrus, pine, malt, and a grainy hoppy bitter end. Metallic notes are present if drank from the bottle, this is definitely one you need to air and swirl from a glass. Balance is good. A nice session ale which is better than most lagers. There’s nothing spectacular here but sometimes simplicity is what you need.

50cl fles van Lidl. Goudgeel, witte kraag. Aroma is typisch Burton, zwavelig en garnish, beetje natte zweetsokken/kippenmestgeurtje, heel licht citrus. Smaak is vlak, waterig, granig, iets van toast, citrus. Zeer matig allemaal.

Flesje gedronken bij B. en H. en gedeeld met Tomhendriksen. Goudgeel, licht troebel bier met matig schuim dat als een film blijft liggen. Aroma is fruitig.
