9/5/2024. Draft at Barski - Helsingborg. Pours cloudy dark red with a small frothy light pink head. Aroma is strawberry, vanilla, strawberry cheesecake. Moderate sweetness, tartness and body. Spritzy carbonation. Nicely done.

Tap @ Barski, Helsingborg. Nice head with good duration. Color is hazy red. Aroma and taste are rich berries, little lactose and has a nice fruity finish.

Berliner Weisse ist mir idR zu sauer um 3dl davon aufs Mal zu trinken, so auch hier. Liegt aber an mir, Bier sonst gut.

33cl can at home. Poured light red hue in color. Strawberry sweet, pie. Ekströms jordgubbskräm with some light sourness in the finish.

lattina 33 cl, schiuma rosa fine persistente, color rosa antico torbido, al naso è un’esplosione pan di Spagna Big Babol panna e fragola vaniglia lamponi yogurt alla fragola crostata crema e fragole, in bocca yogurt alla fragola vaniglia limone frutta acerba lattosio, corpo medio, carbonazione moderata, acidità spinta. Nonostante il suo aroma potentissimo non stanca. Molto molto buona super intensa aromatica. c. 1001 birre 23.04.23
