35 cl bottle, retail around 2.50€ BB 12/2014. Hazy copper color, thick short creamy offwhite to yellowish head, very fine creamy texture and plenty of lacing.
Hoppy nose already. Aroma: thick caramel malts, mild roast, brown sugar, spices, yeast and a wham of american hops. Taste is balanced prominent to the bitter end.Full bodied, soft, creamy texture very smooth, umami bitter finish. A slow sipper, interesting cross within IPA, Amber Ale and zwickel. Good.

Bottle - Orange and rich caramel. Copper with rich beige head. Caramel, candy floss hops and very light bitterness. A fairly sweet IPA, but drinkable.

Bottle @ home, courtesy of jcnielsen I think. Thanks ! Pours a murky dark reddish orange appearance with a cream colored head. Goopy caramel in the nose with sap, Smarties, and tropical fruits. Decent body. Kind of goopy / syrupy mouth feel. Heavy caramel and toffee. Big candy flavor. Pretty high bitterness and moderate to high sweetness. Pass.

Crisp copper and bronze coloured body with a thin, one centimetre tall tan head. Aroma of bright floral and grassy hops with some herbal notes and a good bit of malt in the mix. Medium-bodied; Assertive grassy and floral flavour at first with no malt at all - just some dry hop notes and no depth or backbone. Aftertaste shows more of the hop residue with nothing substantial behind it - just an airy herbal and piney hop flavour with no malt to grasp onto. Overall, a pretty poor offering - the hops show decently, but without any malt, there isn’t too much to this beer - subdued and grassy and that’s about it. I sampled this twelve ounce bottle purchased from Total Wine in Tampa, Florida on 03-January-2014 for US$1.99 sampled at home in Washington on 18-March-2014.

Bottle. Sweet buttery caramel malt and light citrus peel hops aroma. Hazy deep honey gold with a small ivory head, nice lacing. Buttery-bready caramel malt, and very mild citrus peel hops flavor. Body on the light side of medium, soft carbonation.

Bottle. Grapefruit peel and pine aroma. Medium yellow with moderate head. Very light malt and moderately bitter grapefruit peel flavor. Hoppy but not much else.

Cloudy, amber-brown with a thin, off-white head. Aroma of wood, slight orange peel... Taste is earthy hops, caramel, a bit of fruit. Very mild....decent, but really no punch or distinctive traits.
