Wheat Beer

This deeply Bavarian beer especially is like the pastures it was born in: refreshingly different. Unlike the bottom-fermented beer types, wheat beer is brewed from wheat and barley malt using top-fermented yeast. This is what gives it its naturally cloudly look and the uniquely mild flavour. The light amber beer's higher share of carbonation lends it a surprising freshness - even more so if you drink from the high, slightly curved glass made specially for wheat beers.
