Soft and smooth, fairly rich taste wise but quite thin. Flavour is good, though, with a nice amount of chocolate, some light roast and plenty of both coconut and coffee. Not sure where all those barrels ended up, but can't have it all, apparently.

Bottle from De Bierliefhebber's Black Friday sale. Pours a black colour and a dense mocha coloured head with s small layer retention. Aroma's: coffee, coconut, vanilla, dark chocolate. Retronasal there's coffee, roasted malts, vanilla, light (coffee?) sourness. Flavour is moderate sweet, coconut, light roasty bitterness, light coffee-ish (?) sourness. Medium bodied. Finishes with roasty bitterness. Hopefully the sour notes are not a sign of infection, as I encountered with several previous Baptists.
