Bière ambrée issue de l’assemblage de 3 malts et de plusieurs houblons dont le Strisselpalt d’Alsace aux notes florales très aromatiques, le tout relevé par un bouquet d’épices unique.
La Rousse est tout en contraste : première bouche ample et bien maltée, poursuivie par des notes gourmandes de caramel et d’amandes grillées, avec un final aux notes fruitées.

Bottle. Slow gusher. Clear reddish amber with a beige head that settles to a fat coat. Aroma of toffee, toast, baked apples, a little citrus. 6+ Sweet but not cloyingly so with bitterness and spices coming in towards the end to nip things in the bud. There's a pleasing fruity/ bready/ toffee mix to the malt but it lacks presence in the middle.

Kalea Bier-Adventkalender Frankreich-Version 2018 Nach Weiß, Blond und Grün kommt jetzt Rot. Es ist ein stark malzbetontes Bier mit stark rötlicher Färbung. Kräuter und Gewürze sind schön eingebaut. Der Hopfen geht zwar unter, ich vermisse ihn aber nicht zu sehr, da die anderen Aromen ausreichend intensiv sind und fein harmonieren. Ein gutes Bier -nicht nur für den auf dem Etikett abgebildeten Berggeist.

Bottle shared by a friend. Hazy amber color, medium frothy head. Bit malty, bit spicy. Bit sweet in taste. Quite typical french amber colored beer. No brewing mistakes though, decent example.

33cl bottle as a gift. Pours clear deep amber with a modest, off-white head. Malty aroma with hoppy and fruity notes, hints of nuts and caramel. Moderate to medium sweet with mild, but balanced flavours and ditto bitterness. Quite enjoyable.

Flesje gedeeld door Tomhendriksen. Amberkleurig bier, licht troebel mooie schuimkraag. Bloemig aroma. Smaak is fruitig zoet houtig en gebrande mout. Nasmaak is iets hoppig.

Fles gedeeld met Roelzie1986, Inoven en Benzai bij Ino thuis. Het is een roodbruin bier met een medium schuimkraag. Het heeft een bloemige geur. De smaak is zacht, zoet en fruitig.
