750 ml bottle, crown-capped with swingtop for re-sealing. From Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 6.5%. Reddish brown colour, large to moderate off-white head. Malty and spicy aroma, hints of jam and over-ripe fruits. The flavour has the same elements as the aroma, hints of caramel, moderate hops.

33cl bottle from E.Leclerc Argences supermarket near Caen in France. F: big, tan, long lasting. C: deep amber to almost brown, bit hazy. A: rich malty, biscuits, nutty, caramel, vaguely fruity. T: rich malty base, caramel, nutty, mellow fruity, herbal spicy, medium to almost full body, medium carbonation, nothing really special yet not bad, enjoyed.

Frothy light brown head soon disappeared leaving a spotty cover on dark copper coloured coloured still body. Malt, caramel & plum aroma. Medium bodied, tickly on the front with a smooth clean back. Sweet berry, malt, jam & sugar tastes.
