Harvest Ale is our celebration of the changing weather and the sowing of hops and barley that will be used in our upcoming brews. We usher in the fall with a classic English style Extra Special Bitter of the highest order. Deep ruby in color with an even deeper hop flavor… in fact, we throw fresh English hops into every brewing vessel, then dry hop after fermentation to impart a zesty kick. This beer has real hop character that mingles with fresh malted barley for an experience that will make you wish it were fall year ‘round.

12 oz. bottle, pours a clear copper with a small white head. Aroma of buttery caramel malts, fresh English hops, and a little citrus and pine. Flavour of caramel, fresh English hops, sweet grassy malt and a slight orange zesty quality that lingers. Damn good for an ESB.

I expected more from this beer. It was too watery! In my opinion this beer needs more body, it could have been a beer a really liked that way. Too bad.

This beer has a pretty nice colour. Looking fresh, somehow reminds me of summer. Smells pretty good with some nice hops and freshness. Doesn’t come trough in the taste very much. It’s okay, but i’ve had better beers from them.

Bottle at a tasting. Thanks zvikar. Slightly hazy golden. Aroma of hops, pine needles, flowers, slightly biscuity malt and some fruits. Sweetish flavor with malt, a grainy touch and bitter fruity hops. Medium-bodied.

Bottle. Clear, amber body with a frothy, white head, rapidly diminishing. Aroma like a pale ale with light caramel and more hops than malts. Notes of resein, flowers, pine and bread. A hint of dough. The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly to moderately bitter. It finishes lightly to moderately sweet and moderately bitter. Medium body, watery texture and lively carbonation. Lingering bitterness in the finish. A little too heavy on the hops, but overall a good beer..

(Draught at Akkurat, Stockholm, 19 Nov 2010) Amber colour with frothy, off-white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with notes of citrus, crystal malt and fresh hops. Malty, fruity taste with fresh hops, grainy malt and orange. Medium body, with balanced sweetness and a generous citrussy bitterness. Well balanced and nice beer.
