Harvest Ale is our celebration of the changing weather and the sowing of hops and barley that will be used in our upcoming brews. We usher in the fall with a classic English style Extra Special Bitter of the highest order. Deep ruby in color with an even deeper hop flavor… in fact, we throw fresh English hops into every brewing vessel, then dry hop after fermentation to impart a zesty kick. This beer has real hop character that mingles with fresh malted barley for an experience that will make you wish it were fall year ‘round.

Bottle from Wine & Cheese. Pours a light copper amber with a 3 finger foamy off-white head. Nice cat piss sort of aroma. Medium plus body with foamy carbonation. Flavor is really nice citrus/pine (having trouble with this) - more towards pine. It’s even a bit floral - the hop is huge but not harsh. This finishes calmly bitter. GFD. It’s really, really, good.

12 oz bottle. Pours a clear golden amber with a white head. Biscuity aroma with light citrus. Biscuit again leads the flavor with a little caramel, citrus tones, and a light bitterness. Also a light herbal presence with a bit of nuttiness. Decent but unexciting.

Bottle. Pours a clear golden color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty hoppy aroma with some grassy hints. Fruity malty fresh hoppy flavor with hints of citrus. Has a fruity malty hoppy bitter finish.

Bottle. Frothy white fair mostly deminishing head. Yellow colour. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma. Light bitter flaor. Average mdoearte bitter finish. Oily palate but too fizzy, boring beer.

KØ10. Mild spicy aroma. Almost clear golden colour. Very small white head. Good spicy flavour, hint of caramel. Good mild American hop flavour.

Biggish offwhite head. Pale bright yellow body. Strawy honeyish herbal aroma with artificial cardamom notes. Dry strawy cardamom taste with herbal hoppy notes. Impossibly mild and soft mouthfeel. Light body. Dry mealy coriander and cardamom aftertaste with strawy notes. Gorgeous, except for the way to strong cardamom flavour. Very delicate, again apart from the cardamom. (0.355l bottle, ?, Copenhagen.)

Drack den i solen på Tempos uteservering. Härlig arom av frisk tropisk frukt, mycket humle men utan den kådiga tonerna som tuffare ipor har. relativt lätt kropp och måttlig beska. Mycket lättdrucken.

Bottle 355ml. @ home.Clear light medium orange yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, moderate to lgiht light heavy hoppy, flowers - perfume - soap, citrus. Flavor is moderate sweet and moderate to light heavy bitter with a long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100326]

Bottled@Pikkulintu, Helsinki. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is grain, barley, some slight US hops as well as some floral notes. Flavour is barley, slight floral and fruity notes along with some mild hayish notes. Easy to drink and quite balanced. Nothing mindblowing though.
