From the brewery's website:

Dry-hopped version of the classic Poperings Hommelbier, with stable, moussy, thick off-white head and clear, pure golden colour. Aroma shows a classic European floral hop aroma in a gentle but nicely fragrant way, with hints of flowers, freshly cut grass, bitter honey, lemon blossom as well as white bread and banana. Fruity taste with banana and red apple peel accents, light bready and honeyish malt backbone, supple and smooth with medium carbonation; long and dry noble hops finish, not harshly bittering, but subtle and aromatic, very floral, bit grassy, well in balance with the fruitiness and the malts. Lovely interpretation of the famous Hommel.

Keg at Six D North. It pours hazy gold with a thick white head. The nose is freshly baked bread, grass, toasty grass, straw, dough and dull spice. The taste is soft, doughy, juicy, grass, light alcohol, orange rind, candy, straw, earth, brioche, earth and hay with a dry finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Soft mouth-feel. Freshly, doughy and grassy. Very drinkable indeed...

(Draught at In De Wildeman, Amsterdam, 23 Aug 2014) Golden amber colour with frothy, white head. Malty, hoppy nose with toast, dried fruit and grass. Malty, hoppy taste with notes of tropical fruit, honey and fresh grassy hops in a finish with a generous bitterness. More than medium body, with a certain sweetness. Fresh and tasty version of the Hommelbier. Nice one.

On tap at the Belgian Beer Weekend a few years ago, from my notes. Served in a tulip it poured a pretty clear gold with a fruity belgian blond nose, to be honest I didn’t really get so much from the dry-hopping but I thought it was a solid fruity/spicy belgian ale.
