150ml on tap at De Brabantse Aap. Dotted spots on the glass from a film-type layer. A wheat haze to a golden body. Discreet spiced fruity nose, coriander and citrus. Oily hops and coriander spices to the taste profile. Mid-sweet citrus ending. Refreshing. (Amsterdam 09.03.2018).

Sample at the brewpub. Pale color hazed big creamy white head. Aroma if wheat, citrus, spices (coriander, orange) dove yeast and sugar. Sweet taste light tart. Medium body average carbonation, aromatic spice finish. Simple, ok.

Nice creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is slightly fresh yeasty, hay, yeast, broth, wheat, citrus, weeds, flowers. Taste is slightly harsh yeasty, weeds, yeast, flowers, almond essence, wet hay, sour wheat, grass, citrus. Medium bitterness, slightly harsh mouthfeel. Boring.

Draught@De Bekeerde Suster, Amsterdam, served in a weizen glass. Cloudy straw yellow colour, good frothy white head, good retention, heavy lacing. Aroma wheat, yeast, lemon peel, light coriander and cloves. Taste medium sweet and light sourish, wheaty, mild citrusy, spicy notes, yeasty. Mild sweet and sourish aftertaste, medium body, watery texture, soft carbonation, refreshing, nice witbier.
