Hops & Barley Cider, ca. 4,5 %, vom Faß auf dem Braufest Südwest in der Domäne Dahlem. - Satt orangegelb, trüb. - In der Nase herbsüße Äpfel, Apfelmus, Anklänge an Zimt und Honig, Hefe, ganz leise alkoholisch. - Antrunk spritzig aber füllig säuerlich-herb apfelig, zart kellerig und mit beträchtlicher, leicht marmeladiger Restsüße, die die Säure perfekt ausbalanciert. Leichte Birnenaromen (obwohl laut Auskunft der Brauer ohne Birnen gebraut). Füllig, weich. Im Abgang deutliche, angenehm natürliche Herbe. - Deutlich anders als ein hessischer Ebbelwei, voller und aromatischer. Auf seine Weise ganz ausgezeichnet. (22.6.2024.)

Tap at the place which is the place where you can get it in tap. Hazy pale golden, quickly dissipating head. Dry apple skin nose. Marzipan sweetness with dry apple, good balance of clean apple to tannic pulp. Quite pleasant drink.

Hazy pale yellow color with a bubbly small head that soon vanish. Good intensity in the aroma. Medium body and a fine carbonation level. Pleasant acidity level. Fresh and easy drinkable. Good character in the flavor. Fresh apples! Lovely cider!

Sampled @ Bremer Craft Beer Festival. A hazy light yellow Cider. Aroma of mild fruity Apple, sugar. Taste of sweet apples, sugar, a bit dry, not too sweet.

Keg at the brewpub, 19/07/15. Murky yellow with a decent off white covering. Nose is apple pulp, straw, sugar. Taste comprises rich apple orchard, light smoke, toffee apple. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. Tasty cider -good balance.

Süßlich spritziger Antrunk, Apfel, etwas limonadig. Süßlich bleibend, sehr süffig. Für Cider zu süß, dennoch nett. 6/9/9/7//8
