(Draught at Hops & Barley, Berllin, 26 July 2014) Hazy pale yellow colour with brief head. Fruity nose with notes of apple sauce, grass, a touch of citrus and a slight wheat aroma. Fruity, fresh taste with green apples, citrus, hints of pears and a touch of sweetness coming through in the finish. Medium body, mainly dry. Well balanced and refreshing. Quite nice.

Draft @ Hops and Barley, Berlin. Couleur paille léger trouble, col blanc moyen. Arôme est basique avec un bouquet pomme modéré et qui va directe au but sans offrir plus de complexité, perçoit qcq pointes de purée-pelure, mais sans plus. Palais de pomme assez moyen, râpeux sur une bonne effervescence. Côté un peu soda avec une pomme ayant un profil chaire pelure donnant cette arrière-goût de pomme pressée sans vraiment offrir un côté alcoolisé même minime. Sec et crisp avec un combo suret/sucré. Correct mais un peu unidimensionnelle.

Very pale. Aroma of stewed, sweet apples. The flavour is very sweet too. Tastes very natural.

Tap @ Brewpub. Pours hazy pale yellow with no head. Tart green apples and wood. Sweet flavor of ripe purple plums. Dry, sweet and warming.

Draught @ the brewery. Pours yellow...greenish. Quite sour, but also powdersugary. Refreshing, but quite thin and not in balance.

Draught. Pale lemon with a flat head. Aroma of yeast and citrus. Flavour is bitter lemonade with a dry finish

On tap at the site in October. Hazy pale yellow with a small white head. Sweet apple aroma with notes of biscuit and caramel. Sweet but tart fresh apple juice flavour. Very refreshing and clean like sparkling apple juice

Tap @ Brewpub. Murky pale yellow apple white colour, medium fast disappearing head. Aroma is vinegar, sour apple, yeast and vegetables. Flavour is sour apple, vinegar, medium to high carbonation. Sour finish. Odd cider.

07/03 Draught at the brewpub. Most of the beers here were great, even the fact they’re making a cider makes me happy, but let’s try it first! It poured hazy very pale yellow, I would say ivory body without any head. Apple and woody aroma, sweet and cloying but sharp sour on the other hand. Flavor was around there, fresh apples, woody, more sweet than typical ciders. Medium to thinner body, but very slightly carbonated, so you can taste its flavor better. Long sweetish finish. Different than any other I’ve tried, but very interesting, refreshing but still tasty, so surely I liked it.

Draught at the brewpub. A pale greyish yellow body. Dusty apple nose, quite sweet, slightly sourish. Sweet honeyish, fruity appley taste. Dusty. Odd, very fruity, slightly gluey. Dry, a bit woody. I actually liked it, atypically sweet for a cider and yet nice.
