Lukt: Noe svak sur duft av frukter, krydder og kaffe.
Utseende: Mørk brun, nesten sort.
Skum/kullsyre: Lite gulbrunt skum, noe karbonereing.
Smak: Smak av tynn kaffe og vann med mye kullsyre.

Bottle 22fl.oz. [ As Westbrook Boo Bears Dry ].Clear dark black brown color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to light beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, chocolate, moderate yeasty, saison yeast, wood notes. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, sweet malt, roasted, wood, meduim dry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20141220]

Bottle. A dense, fingerthick light tan head forms over a more or less black body. The aroma is quite weak, with burnt notes and some ash. Some sweetish, sugary hints too. The flavor too is roasted and burnt, it’s quite dry on the palate, with a pleasant carbonation level. Lasting burnt finish. Too much focus on burnt malts in this one, but it’s sure drinkable. 141220

22 fl oz bottle. Pours pitch black with a small tan head. Aroma is roasted malty and light breadish. Bitter and toasted malty. Dry and bitter into the finish. Dry and bitter finish.

Pours black with a tan head. Aroma has notes of roasted malt, hint of chocolate and citrus. Taste is light to medium sweet and light to medium bitter with a long roasted, citrus, caramel and chocolate finish. Body is light, texture is thin, carbonation is fizzy
