IPA with lime zest.
A collaboration within a collaboration. Great design work from James Yeo and StudioDBD. Wake Up Call is a collaboration with our Bristolian buddies Left Handed Giant. We added lime zest to the kettle and the dry hop to give it a little extra edge & hopped it extensively with Ekuanot, Vic Secret & Galaxy. The big punchy hops give way to a delicate citrus finish. A totally crushable killa.

330ml bottle from Hop Burns & Black. BBE 11.10.18. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma of juicy tropical fruits, zesty lime, citrus and lemony notes. Taste is zesty, slightly tart and juicy fruity with some lime, citrus, lemon and tropical notes. Finish is zesty and tartish with some tropical fruits, lime, citrus and pine. Interesting, but a bit unbalanced.

330ml bottle from Beermoth. Hazed yellow-gold body, lacing at the upper part of the glass. Filmy layer. Lemony hops on the nose, promising. Taste of lemon and juicy lime. Mid-dry fruity bitterness to the ending. Fine bodied. Refreshing and likable. (Hotel room, Rochdale 04.05.2018).

330ml bottle from Chez Sophie. Pours murky milky golden yellow, thin white topping. Aroma treats you to a lusciously fruity exotic bouquet. Taste is similarly smooth with apricot, mango leanings, and a soft spicy bitter finish. Some light lime notes loiter about, rounding things off nicely. Decent.
