Unfiltered Ichnusa, a full-bodied and rustic beer, made with pure barley malt, with the characteristic pleasantly cloudy appearance, due to the yeasts left in suspension. It is contained in a special bottle, more pot-bellied and different from the rest of the range. Ichnusa is a beer that offers a very tasty and thirst-quenching drink.

Bottle at Dunns trade show.
Appearance - golden orange and hazy. Foamy white head.
Nose - brown bread, toffee, plant stalks and light hop spice.
Taste - more toffee and brown bread. Some green stalks again.
Palate - medium bodied and chewy sweetness through the middle. Still a bit sweet on the finish.
Overall - ok.

440ml can in Sinalunga. Pours a hazed gold, good white head. Aroma of moderately sweet malt, some fluffy cereal malt to taste, moderate bitterness. Not a massive difference to standard ichnusa. Fine overall.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a cloudy golden with a lacing, off-white head. Aroma of malt mainly. Medium body, rustic malts and little more than that. Subdued yet existing bitterness. 170226

Bottle from Kiena Kiena in Málaga. Almost clear dark golden. Lots of sweet malts, bread crust, light grassy, honey, atone fruits, sugary soft toasted malts. Medium swert, a bit less bitter. Full bodied. OK.

Bottle in Balera, a small Italian Wine Bar in Neukolln, Berlin on 23rd January 2026. Almost clear pour, dull golden look, white head. Grainy and slightly sweet in nature. Couldn't tell it was unfiltered.
