Bottle, 0.33l. Aroma of cereals, grape skin, must, berries, lychee and decent funk. Pours clear pale golden color with large soapy white head, good lacing and sparkling appearance. Taste starts light sweet grainy, grassy and musty, following is ripe fruity, slightly metallic and bretty, mouthfeel is smooth but rather dry, while finish is average bitter. Medium body, slick texture and average carbonation in palate. Bowie would like it...

330ml bottle at Wild Beer Wapping Wharf. Pours lightly hazed golden amber with a loose white head. Aroma: grainy, lemon, gooseberry, brett funk. Taste: light sweet & bitter, dry, biscuit, lemon citrus, hoppy hints, some funk. Soft dry finish. Light to medium body, soft carbonation.

Bottle – Pours a hazy yellow gold colour with a small white head. Aroma is grainy, straw, lemon peel and yeasty. A sweetish grainy taste, some straw and lemon flavours with a dry grassy bitterness and a drying finish.

Bottle from the brewery online shop. Yellow/gold and cloudy with a sizeable white head. Pleasant floral aroma with a touch of Bretty funk, some gooseberry and vanilla. There's some gentle sweetness with is cut out abruptly by the drying character of the Brett. Bitter/tart finish with a floral aftertaste. Low carbonation. Odd little beer, not great but certainly drinkable.
