500ml bottle. Hazy golden colour with average, frothy, half-way lasting, white head. Yeasty and wheaty aroma has notes of apple, banana, clove, a spicy touch. Taste is spicy yeasty, slightly weak on the malty side and almost a bit watery.

Refrigerated 11.2 oz. brown bottle best before date March 3, 2013. Obtained through trade from JStax through a collaboration mail order from Half Time, poured into a weizen glass. Pours translucent cloudy golden with medium bright white head. Some medium bubble lacing, medium/light body, slightly creamy texture, well carbonated, and banana aroma. Taste is clove, banana, and some grass. Good hefeweizen.

Aroma has some banana esthers, citron and yeasty notes. Flavour has citrus, some banana, yeasty and wheaty notes. Quite straightforward – but refreshing!

Bouteille 330ml. De couleur dorée foncée et légèrement voilée. Nez de levures fruitées (bananes, léger d’agrumes) et légèrement épicées (léger de clou de girofle, traces de coriandre), léger de blé et avec des notes de houblon herbeux. Mince-moyenne en bouche avec un pétillement moyen ainsi qu’une texture moyennement crémeuse. Moyen goût de levures fruitées (moyen de bananes, léger d’agrumes) et légèrement épicées (clou de girofle, traces de coriandre) lors de l’entrée en bouche auquel se rajoute un goût de blé avec des notes de pain et de céréales fraîches et sucrées pusi en finale l’on retrouve des notes amères de houblon herbeux. Post-goût moyen et un peu sec, composé d’un goût de levures fruitées (pelures de bananes, notes de zeste d’agrumes) et léger de blé.

Aroma: Typical weizen banana notes. Can also find cinnamon, cloves and rock candy. Excellent nose. Appearance: Pale straw, hazy, with average creamy head. Lacing is good. Taste: Banana accents are sticking out good with a slight acidity. Taste is developing spicy notes of cinnamon and clove also. Sparkling body with round mouth feel. Missing a bit of complexity. Flavors should be more developed especially with spicy notes. Finish is average.

0.5l bottle. Hazy orange body, white head. Lots of banana in the aroma with some spicyness. Banana flavor with more spicyness in then in the aroma. Noticeable hoppyness. A bit too light bodied but still nice beer.

12oz bottle. Hazy orange-tan, massive creamy white head and lively carbonation bubbles underneath. Classic banana clove aroma. Medium bodied, very yeast forward. Clean golden malt beneath. Pretty solid example of the style, lively and zesty. Creamy yeasty mouthfeel, but quite balanced. Classic.
