Warka is the most “beery” brand with brewing in its name. In the brewing jargon, the word “warka” means a portion of beer obtained from one brew. At the same time, it’s the name of a town with centuries of brewing traditions.
Warka Jasne Pełne is a classic lager, whose great taste is a result of carefully selected ingredients, special recipe, and the Polish hops called Magnum. Warka is the only beer brand in Poland with a chain of its own pubs. Currently, there are about 80 Warka Pubs (Piwiarnie Wareckie), which serve as a place for building beer culture and promoting the brand.

Can. (thanks Tom) Golden with a white head. Sweet with grain, malt and some grass. Basic but kind of drinkable.

Blumig in der Nase. Geschmacklich etwas Frucht (insbesondere Birne), florale Noten, Getreide, deutliche Hopfung. Kohlensäure in der golden Mitte - lebendig, aber doch noch weich und süffig. Anständiges Bier ohne Ecken und Kanten - gemacht für das ganz große Publikum. Die Brauerei gehört (wie so viele) zum Heineken-Konzern. Hab ich in einem kleinen Mix Markt gekauft. Die Supermarktkette hat sich auf Produkte aus Osteuropa spezialisiert. Obwohl der Laden nicht groß war, wurde hier eine erstaunliche Auswahl an polnischen, russischen und tschechischen Bieren geboten. Und preislich auch ganz OK.

Helder goudgeel bier met weinig schuim. Smaak is licht btterzoet met iets van gras en wat graan. Standaard bier.

(can 0,55l) Overall: Meh. Just another macro lager. Aroma: Grainy, light sweet, corny. Appearance: Clear golden. Quickly done white head. Taste: Light sweet, grainy, light malty. Palate: Medium body. Light bitter finish.

5,2%. Gave fra Rune. Drukket på Bergstua. 1-ukes jubileum for Runes besøk her. Gylden. Klar. Lavt skum som raskt seiler inn i skumringen. Aroma av mais & malt. Smaken det samme. Litt gress i tillegg.Uvariert & kjedelig.

Flesje gekocht bij Mielno en gedeeld met Tomhendriksen. Goudgeel helder bier met mooie witte schuimkraag. Aroma is moutig. Smaak is hoppig en licht citrus-achtige. Nasmaak is wrang.
