Som en hyllning till denna delikatess har vi tagit fram vår amerikansk-inspirerade Oyster stout tillsammans med Ostronakademin.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours an opaque black with a creamy, light brown head. Sweet toffeeish nose with some sweet licorice notes. Medium body, roasty and chewy again with licorice and a slight tartness. Seemingly no oysters added, but the Stout is really odd and different, and not necessarily in a good way. Drinkable though. 270224

Bottled 330ml. -Black coloured, medium sized brownish head, light chocolate and mild caramel in the nose. Sweet malty, light caramel, weak chocolate and touch of dried fruits with staleish notes. So so.

How: Bottle.
Where: Systembolaget.
Appearance: Black colour with a beige head.
Aroma: Chocolate, malt, oysters, some liquorice.
Body: Medium body and carbonation.
Flavour: Chocolate, roasted malt, liquorice, oysters.

Bottle from Systembolaget:
Pours black with a mid sized head. Aroma is roasted malt, biscuits, toffee and licorice. Rounded and smooth taste of roasted malt, toffee and licorice. Hops show up at the end. Nice.
