Bottle at home, from an online peddler, 28/02/21. Black with a well presented tan covering that stays for the show, Nose is sweet malts, chocolate, nutty, toffee, boozey tunes. Taste comprises brown sugar melt, molasses, chocolate, candied fruit rinds, toffee, sweet rise. Full bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a sweet rush and a kiss of booze. Not bad but overly sweet for my liking and lacks some balance in this respect and no real complexity offered. No disaster but a miss overall if I'm honest ... one trick sweet act.

This is 10k for me on RB a way to go to get there on here. Jet black beer with a thick lasting tan head. Aroma is malty chocolate band smooth coffee. Taste sweet malty and slight vanilla. Roasted bitter and sweet molasses. Smooth and boozy body.

Black with a ring tan head. Aroma of milk chocolate, chocolate milkshake powder, vanilla, toffee, fudge, coffee and caramel. Flavour is heavy sweet and above moderate bitter. Light full bodied with soft carbonation.
