Please rise for an American style IPA blessed with a golden opalescence that is sure to delight your tastebuds. Zesty notes of lemon and grapefruit match the fruity, juicy flavour of citrus (Cascade, Amarillo, Moasic, Citra) and a subtle, fresh, pine spice (Nugget, Centennial). A light but chewy body, and we all like that, with subtle bitterness leaves the palate tingling and ready for more.

Tap@Charlies Bar, Copenhagen - Golden/amber pour with a small persistent white head. Hoppy floral taste and aroma, with a strong malty caramel base - a slight sweet spice on the palate, good bitter finish. Decent drop this.

330 ml bottle. Clear golden body with a small off-white head. Aroma of refreshing citric fruit like grapefruit and dry malt. Flavor is nice and refreshing, soft caramel malt, fruity and decent bitterness. Medium body and bitter, fruity aftertaste. Not super complex, but a nice and easy drinkable IPA with a good bitterness.

Half, keg, chilled down too far at Charlieโs Bar. Clear amber coloured body. Low head lacing the glass as it goes down. Fruity aroma with a punch of oranges. Sappy taste of fruity hops added by citrus shells and offset by caramel sweetness. Semi dry bitter tail. Crispy in the mouth. Refreshing and flavoursome (Copenhagen, 23.03.2013).

Sample from cask at Porterhouse Central. The beer is a clear reddish-amber color with a medium thin creamy white head that recedes slowly. Short strings of lacing. Aroma of caramel malt and citrus. Light body with flavors of citrusy hops and sweet malt. The finish is malty up front with a fruity hops aftertaste. Decent overall.

Clear amber beer, frothy white head. Softish palate. Mildly tangy orange. Splash of tea and then a sweet piney orange finish. All over the place but very drinkable and strangely endearing!

330 ml bottle. Pours a clear orange/brown with very little head. Aromas malt and grapefruit, heavier on the malt. Similar flavors with a bit of caramel and pine. Nice bitter finish. Hoppy for a European brew, which also makes it nice compared to some of the hop overloads in North America. Tasty.

330 ml bottle with tear-off cap, Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 5%. Malts are pale, crystal, wheat and black. Hops are Pilgrim, Nugget, Cascade and Centennial. Orange to amber colour, large white head. Pleasant aroma of fruity / citrussy American hops. The fairly dry flavour is distinctly hoppy throughout, with grapefruity and resinous notes, and a sharp bitterness in the finish.
