Panequa Imperial Stout är en mycket torr stout som varsamt lagrats i 2 år på romfat ifrån Panama tillsammans utvalda cacao-nibs odlade på en liten familjeägd farm i Ecuador. Ingen restsötma, rund och fyllig med en vit krona och härliga fruktiga och chokladiga toner.

Bottled, from Systembolaget. Black, small head. Aroma of cocoa and calvados. Bone dry with medium to full body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Calvados, rhum, coffee, cocoa, raisin and white pepper. Low bitterness. Interesting with its dryness.

Black with a small head. Aroma is roasted malt, alkohol and cheap rum. Pretty thin mouthfeel. Somewhat sourish flavor with a light tone of raisins and lots of boozy rum. Way too boozy.
