Single Origin is a collaboration project that focused on single-origin ingredients. We selected Ethiopian natural process coffee with our friends from Sump Coffee. We then added Madagascar vanilla beans, cacao from Tanzania and a touch of blueberry to accentuate the natural processed coffee.

Sampled from the tap at GTMW 2023. Pours near black with a yellowish brown head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has earthy dark grains and vanilla with roasted malts and dark chocolate backing. Flavor has lots of coffee and vanilla with roasted malts and dark chocolate backing.

Bomber from Tavour. Pours dark brn/blk with a moderate creamy tan head. Aroma of very good coffee, chocolate, vanilla and just a bit of burnt malt. Arguably full bodied. Flavor is vanilla, chocolate, very good coffee and some burnt malt. Not dry, but far from sticky. Some bitterness, likely from various components. Blueberry is discernible after awhile. Good stuff.

Bottle thanks to Rainer. Pours black with small tan head that lasts. The aroma is roasted malt and dark chocolate. Slick body, vanilla, cocoa, dark fruit, boozy, very good.

Pour is a infinite black with a large tan head. Aroma is a decent coffee but also has that vanilla/marshmallow thing I get in a lot of coffee stouts. Flavor is Hershey chocolate syrup with some vanilla and a slight bitterness. This could be dangerous as it taste pretty much like chocolate milk and no alcohol is felt. Sweet but flavorful with the adjuncts shining.
