Cask at the Chappel Beer Festival with Grumbo and ITFCDan. Aroma is straw, malty, wet grain, cardboard and biscuit. Thin body, low carbonation. Not great.

6/9/2024. Cask at the 37th Chappel Summer Beer Festival. Pours clear bright golden amber with a small frothy white head. Good looking beer. Aroma is wet, grainy, sweet malts, biscuit, straw. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness. Moderate body, slightly oily, soft carbonation.

Hand-pulled half-pint at the Station Hotel, Oakengates on 27th May 2023. Clean and clear golden body, smooth white head that hung around. Malty front with a fruity hop middle and finish, nice easy going IPA.

Cask@The Great British Beer Festival 2022 (Days 1&2) - Sweet malty and citrus fruity, marmalade shred, caramel malty backing, medium body, solid hoppy finish. Nice.

Cask at GBBF '22 day 2, 03/08/22. Golden to light amber with an off white head. Nose is pale malts, grassy, grains, floral whisper, tangerine. Taste comprises mellow citric zest, soft breads, grains, crackers, lemon rind. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close with a modest bitter edge. Okay.
