330 ml swingtop bottle, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken, as Legendes Quintine Bio-Organic. Ellezelloise is not mentioned on the label, nor is Blanche. ABV is 5.9%. Pale golden colour, some small floaties. Moderate to small white head. Aroma of spicy Belgian ale yeast, coriander and hints of orange peel. Moderate carbonation. The flavour has a slight sweetness with distinct notes of Belgian ale yeast, mild spices, some fruit, noticeable hops. Fair enough.

Geel bier met schuim. Smaak is fris zuur en licht bitter met iets van citrus en rode bessen. Best goed maar apart voor een witbier.

A pohár aljától a tetejéig csak hab. Az illatát nem tudom hova tenni, sajnos az ízét sem, hiába bio (vagyis vegyszermentes), mégis valamilyen meghatározhatatlan vegyszerszerű íze van, egyébkén sós, amitől be kell valljam, kurva szar. Enyhén kesernyés, testes sör.

Many thanks for this beer to Eric De Geyter from Belgium’s Best. Organiczne piwo. Wiec zdrowe i niemodyfikowane składniki, butelka swing-top. Wyglad piwa jasno zolty, z niewielka piana i szybko opadajaca. Zapach cytryny i gruszki. W smaku ananas, cytryna i spora kwaskowosc limonki, mało slodowe, bez cukru i innych tych syfow. Smaczne, pijalne i orzezwiajace. Polecam do ryby zamiast białego wina.

Bottle from LDW, Eke. Hazy golden colour, whie foam. Peppery, notes of citrus, light sweet. Well balanced and bitter witbier. One of the better ones in Belgium!

F: average, white, average retention. C: dark yellow to gold, hazy, opaque. A: wheat, hint of citrus, orange, coriander, cloves, yeast, hint of banana, bread. T: some sourness at the beginning from wheat, lemon, coriander, spicy, decent grassy bitterness on the palate, white bread, light to medium body, good carbonated, 0,33l bottle from Match supermarket in Brussels.
