Veldig lys gylden. Lavt skum. Uklar. Syrlig sitrusaroma. Smaken det samme. Veldig grumsete siste kvelling.

Lys brun noe tåkete med fingerhøyt hvitt skum. Lukter hvete, gjær og noe grape. Smaker noe søtlig malt, hvete og honning. Lett. Kort. Lite bitterhet.

Bottle at the festival in Sevnica. Pours a hazy yellow golden color, topped with a small white head. No real retention. Aroma is wheaty and quite yeasty. Aome mild fruity notes. Taste is sweet and soury. White grape notes dominate the taste. No bitterness. Quite soury, but not that bad. Decent.

Bottle 330ml @ yngwie
Pours hazy golden with white head. Aroma has notes of malt, sulfur, wheat, yeast and hint of orange. Taste is light to medium sweet and light bitter with a long yeasty, hint of sourness and wheat. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft. Extremely boring and aroma like farts!

Bottle. A hazy, golden beer topped by a small, white head. Sulphur, fruityness and some yeast in the aroma. Quite sourish on the palate, dry and medium bodied with a soft carbonation. Fruityness, some tropical fruits and bread dough. Decent bitterness. Pine cones, sour fruits, yellow plums and some citrus in the flavor, lasting for a good time. Nothing impressive going on here. 150807

330ml swing-top bottle as Quintine Bio-Organic from Vinmonopolet Langnes. Opens with a good shot and pours a hazy, pale golden body. Stable white head, fragile lacing. Mixed aroma of citrus and wheat. Taste of lemon, pears, wheat and bread, lightly spiced with coriander. Mild yeasty fruitiness underneath. Mid-sweet ending. Easy to drink. Accepted (Tromsø 31.05.2015).

hazy yellow colour, moderate sized white head; aroma of banana, grains, hints of citruses and minimal coriander notes;taste of grains, bready notes, some banana, sourness and coriander again; not the best Belgian white, I’ve ever tasted, but drinkable

Organic wheat beer (’tarwedubbel’) since 2010, with off-white, thin head and cloudy yellow blond colour with greenish hue. Aroma obviously wheaty, green apple, soap, grapefruit, bread, jute; bready, soft sourish, grainy taste, some coriander, relatively strong hop bitterness in the finish, at least for this style. Like many Wallonian witbier examples, this has more body than the standard Hoegaarden clones most of us are likely more familiar with.
