Hazy. Pale yellow. The aroma and flavour are very lemony and quite floral too. Bitter citrus peel finish.

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein leicht trübes goldgelbes Bier mit geringer Schaumkrone. Geruch leicht würzig, hefig, Citrus. Geschmack hefig, würzig. Im Abgang ganz feine Gewürznoten.

33 cl. typical for Ellezelloise swing-top bottle @ home. Procured from Het Natuurhuis in Antwerp. BBF 08/2015. Another Belgian brewery that decided to make things as complicated as possible. Bottle just says Quintine Bio – Organic with no mention of Blanche whatsoever, very informative,…. I compared the ABV mentioned on the bottle with the one listed on here, mine matches with this entry. Ingredient list mentions wheat. Bright orange, hazy with very little white head. Smells of wheat, lots of it with some flowers, floral, tad fake lemon peel, white bread,… Body is a touch watery with a distinct wheat feel. Touch watery wheat taste, flowers, coriander, white bread, flowers, plenty of touch fake, light lemonade lemon peel, touch acidic, slightly lactic (almost slightly feels a gose to me, interesting). It is okay, there are def. worse witbiers out there which admittedly is not one of my favourite styles. This actually qualifies asenjoyable within the style.

Bottle. Pours a murky orange color with a big, fast dissapearing white head. The nose somewhat reminds me of a cider with its fruitiness and small sourness. Yeasty taste with notes of white pepper and citrus. Slightly sour. Fresh.

Hazy yellow colour with a white head. Aroma is wheat, citrus and some spice, just a little. Flavour is citrus and wheaty notes. But has a bit to light taste. Ok beer.
