Bottle at Burgerweeshuis Deventer. Clear pale golden with white head. Sweet apple, dry skinned hard apples, green apple sour, light white wine, ice. Light sweet, fruity tart. Light body, soft fizzy carbonation. Very clean and cool fresh feel.
