Bottle. 2019 edition, 7.5%. Colot: Pale golden, fast disappearring white head. Aroma: Apple, appleskin, lightly funky. Taste: Sparkling, notes of mineralwater and white wine, moderate sweet and light to moderate tart apple. Light funky notes. Bit champagne like, brut, dry mouthfeel. Well made, although personally I like my cider less brut.

Here for Sarah Shook tonight. Clear pale golden with white head. Sweet apple, dry skinned hard apples, green apple sour, light white wine, ice. Light sweet, fruity tart.
