Bottle shared at Maakun’s. Unclear golden / pale amber with white head. Sweet, tangy, citrusy, bretty and sweaty. Sheeps grease, grainy. Extremely bretty Orval. Nice hoppiness in there too. Moderate sweet, quite bitter, light tart lemony edge but no real sourness. Lovely stuff. --- Beer merged from original tick of RUIG Brettanosaurus (Azacca Pale Ale + Triple Brett Bordeaux barrel) on 19 Jun 2020 at 00:01 - Score: 8. Bottle shared thanks to sjogro. Hazy dark golden with white head. Massive dank sweaty Brett, pineapple, more stinky Brett, bread crust, light caramel, soft flowery hops, thyme, allspice, white wine, peach, vanilla. Medium sweet and under medium bitter. Solid medium bodied. Massive Brett, but very nice with the hops and malts. For Beett fans. Nice.

Bottle. Pale Amber color. Bretty aroma, onions and citrus. Malty yet dry flavor, slightly vinous. Bretty, onions, citrus. Just a hint of sourness. White pepper. Not perfect, but a Nice beer.

Bottle, still unlabeled, directly from the brewery. Even before the official release, given by Bart-Jan as a special gift for support and a 'special delivery'during the Corona crisis. Many thanks, Bart-Jan! Color: Hazy orange-brown amber, off-white head. Aroma: Hoppy, funky, leather, subtle citrus notes. Taste: Very nice combination of grassy and bit pine hopbitterness, subtle refreshing and sourish citrus hints (tangerine, orange, some lime), nice horse blanket and leathery funk, hints of wood and a malty sweetish background. Funky and fruity bitter finish. Over moderate bitter, light to moderate sweet and sour. Very nice complexity and balance. Great hopbitter wild beer. I want more!
